Architectural Designer Responsibilities:
  • To manage from start to end cycle of the project including design, Costing, coordination with other project stake holders like Clients, vendors, consultants etc.
  • Experience in Preparing Concept, Schematic -Architectural/Interiors presentation
  • Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
  • Using CAD software and 3d Visualization software to produce architectural Floor plans, views for clients approval.
  • Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
  • Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications.
  • Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
  • Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
  • Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends.
  • Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
Design Architect Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • A portfolio of completed designs.
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD, Sketchup, V RAY, LUMION, 3DS MAX software etc
  • Strong creative design and time management skills.
  • Good Analytical & decision making skills.

  • Sending DLR / DPR to the Project Engineers on daily basis
  • As per drawing understand and execute the Work at site
  • Work to be Executed at Site on Good Quality
  • Project Schedule to be followed
  • Labour Requirements Plan to be submitted to Project Incharges on daily basis
  • Any Quality related deviation to be highlighted to Project in charge
  • Ensure receiving materials at site on Good Quality
  • Engineer Should Maintain Good Housekeeping at site on day to day basis after Work completion
  • Engineers should prepare the labour / Sub contract bills for QC Completed works on 15 days cycle
  • Ensure Engineers should retain the contractors to Maintain the Good Quality , More no of contractors not to be changed
  • Monthly Materials requirements should submit to their Project Incharges.

  • Keeps current on market conditions and construction industry trends.
  • Manages, supports, and assists with the training of the estimating staff.
  • Assigns responsibilities for the estimating team on each project.
  • Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope.
