FICCI is organising the second FICCI South India Real Estate Conference (SIREC) 2013 on 19th September 2013 at Hotel ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru. SIREC is an initiative of FICCI to create a platform in South India for dialogue on new trends, concepts, technologies, knowledge updates and important policy issues that will influence the future of real estate sector in India. SIREC 2013 is being organised with the Theme: “Building New Dimensions for Real Estate Growth”. The conference is divided into different sessions covering current real estate financing trends for the realty sector, options & challenges in acquiring land, execution strategies and challenges, emerging asset classes, real estate & social infrastructure, master class on “Indirect Taxes Implications” and “Company Law Bill 2013”.
